ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow up to 2 business days to process your order. You can expect an email to let you know your order is on the way.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days using USPS or UPS. 

Delivery standard is 2 - 7 days. Flat rate shipping fee applies to orders shipping
to Continental U.S. states. We do not ship outside of the United States at this
time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
No refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at blackcoralsoap@gmail.com with your order number, and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
